Smoker licence
What next, will it be a compulsary a licence to breathe, as a non-smoker for the last thirty years, I feel this is another sneaky way to allow more back door taxation
I read about this 'licence fee' on an Irish blog I read & was horrified. It's bloody ridiculous honestly. The tree huggers just don't know what to think of next. Hold yer breath, cos guaranteed you'll be in for yet another cock-eyed law or fine in the near future!
